I was sitting outside the other day with one of our new friends. We were watching our children play and eat snacks at our local playground. She mentioned that so many of her friends are too caught up in the daily grind of their children's schedules or one thing or another. The point was, no one has time for each other anymore.
Something we all need to get better at, slow down, really give time. I'm sure there's someone who really needs you this moment. Maybe it's an old friend who needs someone to listen, maybe it's your child who desperately needs one on one time. Whoever it is, fully be there.
