We decided he needed to be an elephant, taking after his favorite song (more to come on that).

Three parties, lots of treats, crawling, swinging, eating, he made good use of his costume. After a party at our church, followed by two playgroup gatherings, we are now all "Halloween-ed" out (if that's a phrase).

We didn't even make it out trick-or-treating, because we felt that was enough.

I'll actually take that back. We stopped by Insomnia Cookies for a free cookie for Henry, who was wearing his costume. More like a free cookie for mama :).

On Halloween, we went to Crepes on Columbus after meeting up with friends. Then lo and behold, we were lucky to have a sleeping elephant who woke up at the tail end of us eating our sweet crepes. Luckily, I saved him a bite of banana and Nutella.

Our little elephant truly made it the happiest Halloween to date.
